The traditional autoclaved aerated brick market in Xinjiang region is seriously shrinking, and the price of the product continues to go down, so the customer is facing a decline in efficiency and competitive pressure. In order to break through the predicament, the client decided to transform the original 6-meter mold autoclaved aerated block production line into a high-value-added self-insulated block production line through technological transformation to adapt to the changes in building energy-saving policies and market demand.
