Project Background
As an important part of the traditional block production process, the square mold box has long used reciprocating saws or circular saws to cut the products. With the improvement of production efficiency and product quality, the original cutting equipment can no longer meet the modern production requirements, and there is an urgent need for technical upgrading and process optimization.

Customer demand
The customer needs to solve the three major problems of the original cutting machine:

1. Low cutting precision leads to inaccurate block size.

2. Slow cutting efficiency can not meet the production demand

3. Difficult maintenance and high repair costs
   The upgraded cutting system is required to realize the production goals of high precision, high efficiency and easy maintenance.

Cooperation Process
Our company formulated an effective upgrade program for the customer's equipment problems:

1. Adopting new square mold cutting machine to replace traditional reciprocating saw/circular saw.
