Project Background
The customer's original square mold block production line adopts the traditional reciprocating saw cutting process, which is characterized by low cutting efficiency, lack of precision, and serious aging of equipment, resulting in large dimensional errors, easy deformation of the product, high production costs, and seriously affecting the normal production and operation, and urgently requires technological renovation and equipment upgrading.

Customer demand
The customer wants to solve the problems of non-standard reciprocating saw cutting, poor adaptability of billet strength, low efficiency, easy to deform the product and high equipment maintenance costs through technical transformation, and requires the new cutting system to have high precision, high efficiency, high stability, and be able to adapt to the cutting of billets with different strengths, so as to comprehensively improve the production efficiency and product quality.

Cooperation process
Our company analyzed the problems and actual needs of the original production line of the customer, and formulated the cutting system upgrading plan, using automated square die cutting machine to replace the traditional reciprocating saw equipment. The new equipment selects high-efficiency, high-hardness saw blade materials, supports flexible adjustment of cutting size and speed, optimizes the overall cutting process, and completes equipment installation, debugging and personnel operation training to ensure rapid production and stable operation.

Project Effect
After the technological transformation, the cutting precision has been significantly improved, the product size error has been greatly reduced, the cutting efficiency has been improved, the output has been significantly increased, and at the same time, the problems of product deformation, broken saw blades, and frequent stoppages have been solved. The new system operates stably and reduces maintenance costs, helping the customer to effectively restore and improve production and operation capacity, and enhance market competitiveness and profitability.
