Customer demand

The client intends to invest in a self-insulation block production project, which requires the introduction of intelligent and highly efficient production lines to achieve the goal of large-scale, high-quality energy-saving block production. The project requires advanced equipment, high degree of automation, energy saving and environmental protection, and can be quickly completed and put into production to make up for the short supply of new building materials in the surrounding areas and form an industrialized development pattern.

Based on the customer's demand and project planning, our company provides a complete solution of self-insulated block production line, including two intelligent production lines and related technical support. The project team participated in the whole process of program design, equipment configuration and commissioning to ensure efficient and stable operation of the production line, and helped the customer to realize the first phase of the project was completed smoothly.

Project Effect

After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of the self-insulated blocks will reach 150,000 cubic meters, with a daily production capacity of 500-800 cubic meters, the plant covers an area of 3,300 square meters, and provides more than 30 jobs for the local community.
