Project Background
With the continuous development of the construction industry, there is an increasing demand for lightweight, sound insulation and heat preservation aerated building materials. However, the customer's original autoclaved aerated block equipment suffers from low production efficiency, high energy consumption, and large product quality fluctuations, and is in urgent need of technological upgrading and equipment renovation to improve overall production efficiency and product competitiveness.
Customer Needs
The customer wanted to improve the efficiency, quality and energy saving level of autoclaved aerated block production by remodeling the existing production line. Specific requirements included introducing high-precision cutting technology to improve product size and appearance, automating operations to reduce labor costs, adopting an energy-efficient maintenance system to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, and expanding the production line's functionality to accommodate the production of multiple types of blocks.
Cooperation Process
The company conducted a comprehensive equipment assessment and demand analysis of the client's existing plant, and based on this, formulated a detailed implementation plan for technological upgrading and transformation. The project introduces a new type of production process and equipment for aerated blocks, including a high-precision block cutting system, a fully-automated intelligent operating system, and an energy-efficient air energy conservation system, and optimizes and upgrades the key equipment and processes to achieve automated, energy-efficient, and multi-functional production of the entire line.
